Uncle Tater's Garage.

Postby grizz » Thu Dec 27, 2012 6:54 pm

I guess the name needs to be said with a lazy Southern drawl.

Saw this build on Garage Journal forum and thought it would go down well over here too. Knowing some of you like your classics.

The guy has used a small garage build to restrict himself to one project car, but also uses a style to make it look like a small 50's garage.

Take a look here.

The car that started it all.

1964 Lincoln Continental.

Alternately, you can take a look at this thread..... OVER 1.9 million views and still going.

This guy is a Boeing pilot, and bought a typical old skool engineers shop and smallholding.

Take a look at all the stuff he does.

I am amazed at just how talented he is,a and how much of his own stuff he does.

I think I'd be afraid to make my usual mess in it.

Cheers,

Grizz , Grizz, grizz. Every time I follow one of your leads I dont come back for hours. I am like a dog in The Grizz show. He throws the bone I run way to far then I have to run all the way back!

The Garage Journal is awesome but I have limits. I am going to have to stop reading the Grizz Show it is disrupting my life.

By the way Grizz I did make a pair of Steampunk Goggles - they came out pretty cool.

I'd be careful saying that. "Glad to be of service" is a trademarked phrase here in Merica.

I flashed on the BBC's Television version of The Hitch Hiker's Guide To The Galaxy episode 2, where the door in the starship Heart Of Gold said "Glad to be of service."
