So why post the negative stuff, 3 posts..this thread is about someone getting a new pet as a member of their family, yet you continue to have nothing positive to say about it. Why bother responding? I'd bet that border collie is brighter than that.

Sorry you read these posts as negative Doug.
I was just having some Fun here on a snowy Sunday.
And there was nothing un truthfull about my observations here.
I do have a couple of personal pet peves (sorry for the pun?)
Guns and Dogs on the Forum (unless they are pointed at each other.......oops! now that was negative.)
Guess it is time to get off the Forum and get back out in the garage to work off some of this "Negative Energy"

Great Looking Dogs!
I have had my stress relief out in the shop downloading pictures of my pet "Miss Piggy"
and am a lot more relaxed now.
Hope I did not offend any of you that don't appreciate my Dog Humor.

Today we got a 4.5 year female old Border Collie named Lele. She is originally from a working ranch in Montana. Here original owner got her as a puppy and moved to Seattle 2 years ago. The owner has developed a medical condition that she has balance problems and can no longer walk and exercise her. She advertised her in a local paper and I contacted her last weekend. We emailed back and forth all week and arranged to meet her today. It was love at first site for both kids(13 year old son & 16 year old daughter). She loves to play frisbee and soccer and is super smart. After a 3+ hour visit we decided she need to come home with us and her original owner we very relieved to find her a new loving family. I cannot wait to to get her out camping this summer.
