Well here is the steel I used for the fenders i still need to trim them up but everything is welded.
What a bitch using clamps to secure and bend everything!!!!

What size of tube did you use for your fenders

The tubing is 1 3/4" tube. Couldnt beat the price of that dimond plate at 5 bucks a piece. Now its starting to get heavy

Yes heavy, but for your intended usage it is weight in the right place. Rugged piece you have there.

Are you planning to add an angled nerf bar tying the lower front edge of the front of the fender back into the main frame rail?

Yeah I am going to have a slider come off the front of the trailer to front of the fender. I am waiting till I have the sides on and a door. Dont want the slider to be a huge hinderance trying to get in and out.

Well my hitch for the truck finally came. Went to the dmv today and got it registered! Tows really well on the roa and freeway.

Wiped it down with acetone and set about painting it did two coats looking good so far. Going to start on the floor soon.

I'm not sure if anybody has noticed but your garage is unbelievably clean! When I do a project like that there is stuff everywhere.

Actually i cleaned everything and scrubed the floors when i pulled it out. Soo i cheated.

I can't see from the angle of the pic's if you added those fender nerfs before paint. Just curious.

Nope not yet, i can wire wheel it clean. Its a rustoleum roll on paint paint. Worked soo much better than spraying it and its thick.
