Think you've seen a tough resto? Check this out.

I know it is not quite on topic, but needed to share this one here, as I know a lot of people on here build with limited funds, space, ability and endless endurance, so you all should be able to relate to this .

This is possibly the maddest resto(s) I have ever seen. (there may other be people out there that do it though)

Read the thread to get the idea.

I was just imagining if they lived in a place like America or the UK, how they would give the guys on National Geographic an amazing program to film.

I always wish I could help people like this in some way, if they are able to do so much with so little, imagine what they could do in a decent workshop.

He has some video clips in the thread as well.

Here is an example of their work.

THE BIGGEST PROJECT IS IN THE THREAD.

Taking a 1976 Lincoln Continental Mk IV from this.....

Or this 1967 Ford Taunus 17M from this.....

I really do wish someone would "discover" these guys for reality Television.

Hoping to get it all done in time.

I guess the old saying, "that will buff right out" is true.

That is great work bill I must ask Why? The cost to repair exceeds the value of the cars with that extensive of a restoration. Unless the idea was to show it could be done and money was not an issue.

Hey grizz,

This link isn't to a restoration per se, but of someome making a Hot-Rod
out of a Citroen 2CV ! I add the link due to the builder's amazing
fabrication skills.

http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/show ... p?t=647297

I happen to be a Citroen fan, but the 2CV seems about the least likely
candidate for a Hot-Rod that I'd ever think of.

Cheers,
Norm/mezmo
