Removable "pod" for trailer

Postby jimliston » Wed Jan 23, 2013 5:19 pm

A few years ago, a fella in Kansas was making fiberglass pods that were loaded onto a flatbed trailer and secured down. Several plans were in play, one with a patio type door in the front for entry. The pod was shorter than the trailer so the rear became a deck of sorts. Do any of you know of such a contraption?

The real truth of the matter is that a financial element in the large centers has owned the government since the days of Andrew Jackson. - Franklin D. Roosevelt 1933

Thanks for the link, but that's not it. The one I was referring to was a fibreglass, one-piece unit with a residential door or a patio slider. It's kind of a quirky rig but certainly unique.
