air pressure in that video looks LOW, and the tyre conforms nicely to the contours of the rocks. any idea on the air pressure in the tyres?

I think he is down around 7 psi..

We all had fun sticking our feet out so he could ride over them. Hardly felt a thing. When you got on the pavement the steering really started getting squirrelly at those low pressures, but it felt fine off road.
