There are (4) sites booked in Loop "B". Do they belong to any of our Tearjerkers or CRA 2013 group?

Also, if there are any sites in Loop "A" that you haven't declared, please let us know so we can get an accurate count on attendance.

Thanks

The campground is full. When can we start planning for 2015?

Now don't go spreading vicious lies like that

The campground is NOT full , side A is all booked and of that Kurt has several still available to us Tearjerkers.

Side B has 59 sites still available. For those that haven't been to this park the B campground is terraced into a hugh hillside and is really much more visually interesting than the rather flat A side. In 2011 we started hoping to just fill side B for our little gathering and rather quickly saw interest was growing so we switched to the larger A side. Well we filled up A and overflowed into B and wound up filling the entire park and that my friends is history.

So see ya there !

2011 I was able to get a good write up in the local paper and a spot on Bloomington TV.
Gawkers by the hundreds came driving thru the park just to see the "little trailers"

We have added to our ranks several of those gawkers!

I really shouldn't call them civilians they are simply FUTURE tiny trailer people. :D

Jenn, while organizing and planning for 2013, we are simultaneously planning for 2015. It's all an evolution and it seems to build on itself each time.

The object is to make it better each time.

I have something for you all to think about.

The subject of "in the park transportation" has come up twice (so far) and it brings up some options.

Although we would not be able to have a big "wagon" with seating on it to pull around the park (ala "State fair bus") and we have been discouraged about having multiple cars on hand to help with "Campground Transportation", the "park" will allow us to have a golf cart available to shuttle people who have difficulty getting around in the Campground area.

My question to you is this:

How much interest is there for a "CRA Golf Cart Taxi" ?

Of course the Cart will come with expenses (such as Rental, Gas, etc.) so with that in mind, what would be a reasonable charge for transportation.

It could be handled by a "Flat Fee" or by a "Donation per ride" system.

I'd like you all, especially those who might need some help getting around, think about this feature and respond on the forum.

Thanks for your input in advance.

Kurt,

Good idea on the golf cart.

Before renting though, it may be that one or more attending have one, and may be willing to bring it?
Or those handy little electric chair/scooters?

Kurt, Lance and I would love to attend if any of those held sites are still available. For transportation, we will have our bicycles.
