Here's a great price for a 20 watt solar panel:

Buy two and make a folding 40 watt panel.

I know, I know! I want a couple too but I can't really justify it since I already have 560 watts.

Bruce,

Maybe you could post what other parts a person would need to buy, along with these panels, to complete a basic solar system for a typical 12 volt battery in a trailer.

I know it's in other threads, but if a person were to order from this company, they may want to get all the other items they would need. One stop shopping!

Thanks,
Mark

This controller would handle up to 4 of the twenty watt panels in parallel and its a pretty good price too.

Sunsaver 6 for $38.22

Thanks for the reply Bruce.

So, that and some wire would put a person in business?

Yeah, only I can't tell what kind of plug is on the wires from panel. It might be a good idea to ask them what it is when you order so you can get a matching plug. Cutting the plug off can void the warranty. I usually buy a foot long extender cord so I can cut it in half for the male and female plugs.

I appreciate the information...

I've read a lot of the solar information you and the others have posted here, but it usually gets over my head real quick.

Thanks,
Mark

That post is getting a little long in the tooth, prices have come down a bunch since I wrote it. I should update it sometime.
