What Happened to the "Spud"

So what happened to the "Spud" we saw video's of posted here on the Forum?
Last I heard a trailer manufacturer in Oregon had purchased the design rights and were going to put them into production for early 2013.
Did it happen?

The guy who built it was from Idaho. There was a cool video here on the form showing how the "Spud" opened and clossed!
