Some sweet lady who apparently had the same problem stopped and gave me change. I tried to pay her but she wouldn't let me and drove off.

The last time I went thru the roll roads in Oklahoma they were by the axle. Really sucked. I wasn't expecting them so I didn't have change, toll booths were unmanned and the change machine didn't work. Some sweet lady who apparently had the same problem stopped and gave me change. I tried to pay her but she wouldn't let me and drove off. do exist.
