Just got back from a trip to a north central tx property of a friend of mine, but didn't get a single picture (it was a working weekend).

Here's one from last time we were there, mild little two track stretch across about 20 acres to get back to this spot.


I took another trip around the corner from me here in central tx that had the tail lights and back frame dragging. I'm deciding on my lift and stronger axle solution soon...

Heres a off road trailer for you. This trailer was made to be able to drive over 3 foot drops, basically anything the Jeep on 35"tires and with a 6 1/2 lift could drive up or down. My 3rd trip into the area shown it did tip over, I had got a deal on a 48" hub face to hub face axle. I did make it solid though, all it suffered was a scratch in the paint. The following couple of weeks I put a 6 foot wide axle under it for stability, after that it got changed a bit more, I will post up a before and after shot, this is the before

I love the look tamnalan!

We took ours into the George Washington National Forest in Virginia on some very washed out, rough roads. The trailer had no problem at all. The wine arrived intact. We spent the weekend without seeing a single vehicle or person.

The trailer sits higher than it appears in the photos, it has 33inch tires that match the truck's. We plan on taking it into the woods a lot more this summer. When it is 105 degrees and 90% humidity down in the northern neck in July, it is blissfully cool in the mountains of Virginia and West Virginia where we camp.

I built mine to take on the road to the Toroweap over look at the Grand Canyon.

It is 60 miles of gravel to the Park boarder. Then things get real fun. But that is not the worst road I have been on and a few times a short distance "off road" but I try to stay on roads. To damn many tracks out there now as it is.

It is worth it. some of the best views in the canyon and few people. About 8000 a year make it.
