Hello Everyone, My name is Terri and I am a newbie from New Hampshire. I love this website/forum and am super excited to build our tiny house on wheels (for camping) next summer. There are so many interesting people that add creative touches to the design and building of their own teardrops, CT's and tiny houses on wheels, that I can't stop reading. I love small design and the challenges that go along with it. I bring my sketch pad when I go to work, when I go on vacations, when I know I am going to sit idle waiting for an appointment, etc....It's my new obsession.
Our first experience designing on a small scale.

Yep Kids always need a Jail in there play area. Mine was just a few lawn chairs stacked together with towels thrown over them.
If you not working on a timeline take as much of the sight in a possible. Ideas for teardrops and cargo trailer conversions work in tiny houses as well. I know if I had the land I would have a Gypsy wagon on a tandem trailer. Really too big for me to tow around to camp with on a weekly basis, but still be able to move it and do a few road trips.
Thanks Terry. I like the idea of taking our time exploring options for our build. We are planning on using it for 2 or 3 camping trips during our summers, so we do not need lots of stuff inside. However, I am insisting on a toilet and shower, so it's going to figure it all out, but I have already got several workable designs sketched up....FYI - the jail is the most popular structure in the kids fort area.
