How many gallons did your trailer require?

I think it took me 4 gallons of Duraback. I would use a different brand if I did it again or take it some where and have them spray it on.

With the epoxy.
I did not cote the hole trailer in epoxy only the end grains of the plywood, glassed the roof seams, and filed the holes with thickened epoxy. If I remember right I think I got it all done with 1/2 gallon.

Check my profile for a link to my trailer build site. I used a roll-on bed liner on the nose of my tear and it worked great. The color match with my stained wood was phenomenal.

I had some extra mixed up that was just going to harden and go to waste so I also coated the interior of much of my galley area.
