Mount them using 3M VHB tape, no holes and removable using orange cleaner. This is what we have our Solar panel mounted with.

Got a roof rack made up today for the '46. And I temporarily mounted the wings in holes that were already in the sides so no new holes.

Looking good. Not sure what to think about the rack or the 'after dark' toaster wings (old school mac reference....) -- if the owner likes 'em that is all that matters. :)

Do you have the caps for those wheels? I wonder how it would look with 'em on?

Keep up the good work!

No caps yet. Or trim rings. Was hoping to find some at a big swap meet this weekend but to no avail. Have to order online. And yes the future owner asked for the wings, but if the deal falls thru, they are attached in screw holes that I had used anyway, so they can be removed and no one the wiser...well just us anyway. Same with the rod rack. My phone just died with all my pics ...I will see if I can the pic of the camper we are mimicking! Kind of a gothic, retro look.

Looks good. It also looks like you got some caps for the wheels!

Well done,

Took the truck and Kit to a vintage camper rally yesterday...well received. My prospective buyer has all but dis-appeared. So I will drag it around to shows this summer with the old beater.
