anyone go camping this weekend?

Saint paddy's day has come and gone did anyone get to enjoy an outing or was it to cold where you live?
I remember one Saint Paddy's day we set up our campers in a church yard and held a Ham Radio contest
we did more partying than contesting but we had fun.

I sure did!

I took my 4x8 to Ice House Reservior just 30 miles west of Lake Tahoe.

It was almost 70 during the day, but dropped down to 30 at night. My 50 pound border collie and I stayed nice and warm in the TTT though. There were still large piles of snow which worked well keeping the drinks cold. I unhooked the trailer for the afternoon and took my Avalanche off-roading. Plenty of mud made the trip home with me. I wish I'd have taken pics for you folks...

I complain constantly about the taxes and laws in California but ya gotta love the weather!!!

First time out with my New Trailer as well.

Love ice house! Camped there one memorial day weekend. Woke up with 6 inches of snow on the tear on friday and 80 degrees on monday!

Long way from cold Minnesota enjoy.

I spent some time in Key west years ago we camped near the turtle corals not to far from the place
where we watched the sunsets, and artisans perform of course we did the hot spots hit a few bars
saw some 6 toed cats saw a shipwrecks gold had a ball.

Sure did, we went to the Gulf Coast. It was good to get away for a camping trip, but we had to fight the gnats all weekend!

I took the big trailer downtown savannah friday night, parked it in a empty lot across from Forsyth park in Savanannah, walk 2 blocks to the parade, and no one got a DUI..it was all good.

Actually, we are sitting in our trailer at Hunting Island, South Carolina. We chose here because of recommendations from this forum. It is amazing..although unseasonably cool. We've been here since Monday.
We drove from Pennsylvania to Indian Hill, Georgia, where we attended a wedding nearby over the weekend. We stayed in the campground (and showered and dresses for the wedding there!) for two nights.
Life is good!
