So today/tomorrow I plan on hanging cabinet doors, now that they have been stained and clear coated. I also need to run wiring harness through the frame. Then arrange to get the clear aluminum end caps powder coated..and to pick up the tires and fenders. Its coming down to crunch time so a lot of little things to do.....

Ok got the wiring harness and the checker plate today. I need to finalize the dimensions for the tongue length, then get it welded up. I pre-drilled holes for side marker lights, and did the access holes to run wiring inside the frame. Also cut some more trim for the hatch....the list goes on and on but I see light at the end lol...

Looks good.

One good trick I read here somewhere on hanging cabinet doors is to clamp a temporary ledger up to the bottom of your cabinet frames and set the doors on that while screwing the hinges in. Gets them all perfectly level and straight to each other.

It is amazing how even just a little offset or tilt can be picked up by the eye when looking at straight lines. I haven't tried this trick, but it sure sounds like a good one to me.

I hear ya, thats why I went with a offset hinge on both the door and cabinet. Its pretty well fool proof. Thanks for the heads up.

It looks like you might even be ahead of your schedule to be done by this coming May.
That aluminum chassis looks like a beauty, by the way.
You're doing a good job on your Benroy.

Don't forget to treat us to photos of your maiden voyage! We'll be watching! :applause:

Ok cabinet doors hung with all hardware, scratch that off the list....also the panel below the cabinets is a pass through door to the galley. It will get a finish stain and sealer next.

Now with most of the interior done, need to finish off connecting the control panel up. I have 7 runs of 12volt to wire up 2-12volt outlets and 1-12volt usb power outlet and 4 lights. Then do the 110volt power inlet, 3-110volt outlet GFCI one inside the galley and cabin and outdoor one.
