As with any tightening you do it cross wise so that tensioning is even then check tension/torque at 100miles after initial. A torque wrench at HF is a very useful tool and current price is $25.
I learned early on with a VW Bug that an even tensioning is very important or you distorted the brake drum.
You know of course that torquing a bolt with anti seize on the threads is not accurate, right? It would also be nice if you would let everyone know when and where you will be traveling so we can be out of the way when a wheel flies off. Seriously though, putting anti seize on the threads is the dumbest thing that you could do. There is not a service manule any where that does not say "no oil on wheel threads". That is from 30 plus years as a mechanic.
