I'll try and document my foam Sequoia here as things progress.
The project so far...
2x2x1/8 tube frame with 1/4x2 flat-bar reinforcements in the A frame joints and 1/8x2 flat bar doublers welded to the
tubes behind the axle. Plans show regular spring suspension but I found a good deal on the torsion axle.
I added the doublers behind the axle to stiffen the rear part of the frame. Without the spread out mounting of regular
springs/hangers, I felt the rear might be too 'springy'
Plans call for a ply floor with traditional wood frame and aluminum skin construction.
The wooden walls add to the rigidity of the structure.
I created a box construction floor to create a rigid base for the foam walls.
The floor is bolted to the frame in sixteen spots. Its rigid!!

Test fitting the walls.
I wanted to glue them on tonight but the temp is 6'C (44'F).

I'm using epoxy to join walls to the floor and don't want to chance the cold messing things up.
Thanks for looking.
