Ben how are you sheeting the roof of the trailer? I can only get aluminum in 4x10 sheets soo i guess im going to have to cut mine in half and over lap a tad in the front and do a trim piece I guess.

Going to run side to side and overlap the seams as much as possible and use sealant in the overlap then screw to the roof ribs

None other than if I had to do it all over again I would of jut bought the pre made doors! These things are a pain to build!!! And I'll have more in them than the pre made doors. And on a side note I have done some improvement to the fj.

Well I've been working real hard! Not really but I've made some progress in the galley and finished the ac for good. The galley is coming along quite well. So here's some pics

The aluminum should be ordered within the next week or two along with the rest of the trim. So by months end I should have the outside complete I hope!

Looks nice. Will you paint or stain the galley? I'd like to see some painted cabinets . Stain is nice, but everyone is doing that.
