While it’s “pleasant” and dry (hasn’t rained in days ) , we’re going to do the little touch up along the bottom edge (green) where we got a little sloppy with the black nasty stuff :duh: ... Got the paint , might as well "get it done “... :D

It's 35 degrees outside right now. Our trick or treaters are wearing thermal underwear and ski jackets with their costumes. A fairy princess in a down jacket just doesn't look right! :? :R

though our weather was quite... humid last night (rained all day & evening), the temps were quite nice ... mid 60's last night!

one of the 'truisms' about life in central ny is that 'you might live in Central NY if you design your kids' Halloween costume to fit over their snow suit.

Funny, a quick poll of everybody I came in contact with locally ... “ How do you like this Cool weather ? “ Most people here say they hated it ... :o Mid 60’s and everybody’s got a substantial jacket on and a cap ... :o Not even Cold yet  ... < 40F and we dress like Eskimos ... :R

Just as an experiment , was thinking of trying out our little milkhouse' heater in the FS (just plug it in ) ... easy enough... Might have to run it real Low as the insulation is pretty effective .... shouldn’t take long to heat the space up to unbearable levels ... May end up to be a camping /evac trailer and a winter Sauna... 8) Multitasking ...

Our high in the middle of last week was in the low 60's and that was 7 -9 degrees warmer than normal... The locals were loving it... Funny what becomes normal :R :R

Seems that the weather around here during this time of year is a bit schizophrenic. We had decent highs in the middle of the week last week (60's) . Middle 40's for the highs this week. Low's in the low 20's. Not to be concerned though. It will likely be like that for a few months now. December, January, early February... BRRRR!!! :snowstorm: :snowstorm: :snowstorm:

With as much insulation as you have, I'd bet the two of you could keep it warm on a cold night.

Bogo , when we tested the AC in the summer , it only took about 10 minutes to cool the trailer down ..... So, I’m assuming the heat will work the same way ... or maybe even just body heat ... 3.5 “ of insulation does seem to make a big difference...
We’ve yet to try our little heater in the FS , but that will be happening soon ... ;) Just waiting for a really Cold day for the test ...

So is it registered? If not and you need it to be inspected go get your temp plate and have it inspected RIGHT NOW!

They will find something for your to do to it before the let it pass and you may need the time to get it done before your temp plate expires.
