That is one cool looking old picture! Only two problems I see are it is still flying with the radial engine, and the fuel burn would make your eyes water! If it had a turbine conversion I would take it in a minute.
Nicely 'Pimped-out " version... While Marine One is an H-3A with an extended fuselage section, an external APU (Auxiliary Power Unit), and more wax than Johnson or McGwire's can make in a month. Those A models were re-named the VH-3D Later in it's life. My hangglider only needed about 25 MPH to fly. I did a couple of "helicopter launches" from the tops of a couple of mountains without even taking a step. That was so different from the usual. Once I ran off a short plywood ramp out over the face of a mountain in AZ with very little speed. That was scary.
Mine was like this one, a Moyes GTR (glass tipped radial) wing with variable geometry at the pull of a chord (slack for take offs and landings):
