Past few days has gotten above freezing here for the first time since Dec 3. I been driving the truck with the window down and doing just fine even when we start working in the mornings and it is about 20 F. I even have to turn the heater down as it gets to hot. Really. Of course we seldom get going to fast as we are making very short hauls and a lot of driving in the fields. At least I am working again. Only 2 days of work so far this month.

Going up to 80F tomorrow here ( and rain ) ... Looks like another T-shirt and flip flop Christmas ...

That's just not right!! I know because I grew up in SoCal and I've had many Christmases like that. Now that I live in snow country, I'll take my Christmases cold and white... Much Better!!!!

If I had my druthers I would take my christmas with a bottle of whiskey, some place where it is warm.

“How warm is it ? “ It’s so warm we have several Osprey wintering in the woods here, one parked on the top of a tall hackberry tree right above the Studio ... Here every winter, when it gets too warm , they split , go back up North with all the other “snowbirds” ... ...
