after running around all day, I decided to cut out the rear window opening on the outer skin. had the rear skin temporarily installed and a pilot hole to use my flush cut router bit to zip around the window cut out. after smelling the router fry, I took the 2 year old router apart, and it was fried. off to the pawn shop and found a older "Made in USA" Craftsman router for $30. and zipped the window opening out.

I also started on the roof skin and the dreaded rear upper corner radius. I think I have them sorted out and will share pics later.
I also have the 58 Chevy Biscayne tail light housings mocked up and would love some input on the placement.
