The trailer came today in a 53 ft semi with one of the boxes ripped open and parts spewing out. Fortunately it was the drivers last stop and we found all the parts. I just ordered additional parts from etrailer.com: Bearing Buddies, tongue jack, ball mount and ball, stabilizer jacks. I'm trying to find out what size bearings it has so I can have a spare set. Anyone happen to know?
I'm going to take my time putting it together. I'm in no hurry.
I've been watching your build jsayfert3. You sure do move fast!
jseyfert3 - I just did a search on bearings and seals and landed on another of your pages! I've ordered the seals and bearings from the providers you mentioned. You're making this easy for me jseyfert3!

Glad I could be of assistance!
Yes, I am moving fast because I had to get it to a point I could tow it by today, Saturday. I'll be towing it with a bed, the partially completed hatch, and the cut but uncompleted doors inside it on a 192 mile trip to Wisconsin. The uncompleted doors and hatch will be I side the camper as they are not ready to attach yet.
Anyhow, I dont think building a trailer is hard, I'm sure you'll do fine.
