This might be a dumb question but... I'm building a rimple. All wood. No aluminum skin. How perfect does the curve have to be for the walls where the roof mounts? I'm not talking way off but maybe a 1/16 dips.

I've been sanding to get it down to a 16th. Just didn't know if I needed to keep going. To make it perfect or was that in "tolerance" How does everyone else make these curves? Better jigsaw skills than me I bet lol
Use a belt sander and place it on its side. Clamp it to the table and put a spacer block in front of it for the offset in sand paper height. Now you can sand up the the line in a flash.
Bend a piece of thin cardboard around the radius, you will know right away if you need to do more sanding.

Waiting for "someday" will leave you on your deathbed wondering why you didn't just rearrange your priorities and enjoy the time you had, instead of waiting for a "better" time to come along...
