This is the profile of the wall....and then one of it cut out....instead of going with birch plywood for the outer wall, I got the cheaper 1/2 inch plywood, then I was going to do a 1/2inch foam insulation and wall stud, and then a 1/4 inch birch plywood for the interior wall. unfortunately

I didnt check the plywood for straightness and one of the pieces has a bad bow in it......so after drawing the profile out, cutting, and glueing together....I can use it

....Now I am going to go with the more expensive birch now, and at least I can use the first wall as a template. Oh well. You Live and Learn.....bet ill be checking my wood for bows in them....Lol
