Got some insulation installed this weekend, Started removing the floor.

What it started as -

Trimmed the edge to slide behind the Z Strip -

Once electrical is routed, i will foil tape and foam all the seams.

Ordered my windows today from Frank

The kitchen (Sink area) will have a 21 x 14 (front right of trailer)

A 24 x 20 near teh rear right side

A 14 x 21 in the door

Another 24 x 20 in the rear wall (behind the fold up gate)

Hope to have them in by early March,.

For the inside, i will be using a Pre-Finished 5/16th maple.

Nice progress. So is your plan to install the insulation boards first, then cut out grooves/channels for the electrical? I'm still debating how I'm going to do it.

Once I finalize where electrical goes I will use my dremel to zip paths through the insulation (1/4 inch deep) to the top of the trailer through a grommet in the metal "header". Smurf tube hidden in the arch of the roof will run back to the PD4045 the rear.

I'm still trying to visually layout what I need where, and what will be used.

So far I cant fit a 4k UHD tv anywhere that looks good...

I'm curious about that sound deadener. Do you really get 40 sq. ft. of coverage from one gallon?

Hey Bob,

The 5/16th Maple comes in a 4x8 sheet that is pre-finished in a clear coat of lacquer over a maple veneer.
It's used in cabinets all the time.
I figured since I was going to use 1/4 inch on my interior walls and then do something for "color" that this saves me a step or two.

I'll snap a few pictures of the product this weekend.

Great Aron. I look forward to it. I am wrestling with something like that or go with a hickory or pine strips. I like the wood effect and would paint our cabinets a muted green color for contrast.

Sorry for teh long delay, got sick, then life got busy... Were moving in a few weeks so I have to get the trailer somewhat ready to use to haul our crap to the new place. I'm in teh process of re-wirign the actual trailer lights with new LED lights and break away controller.

I did get the new 3/4 inch plywood flooring in and secured... Painted the underside with a exterior paint to seal it up a bit.
