I am in the process of running wiring for the trailer wiring (stop lights etc), and will move onto teh runnign of 12v acessories and 120v wiring.

Trying to make a list of things to run that I may forget
- Thermostat
- black/grey/potable wiring for meters

One question on my insulation if anyone knows...

Currently the foam board reaches all the way down to the frame at the bottom of the exterior wall which is open the the elements under the trailer... I was going to just use spray foam (gaps and cracks) to seal between it and the sides of the trailer floor... But I may cut the board up a few inches (closer to level with the interior flooring) as to keep water from the road from pooling where the metal and foam board will meet.

Is spray foam OK to use to seal the floor/foam insulation/aluminum siding/Z strip studs???

After reading Pem's horror stories on mold, i'm wishing i didn't do foam boards and just spray insulated everything...

Finished the exterior lighting, switched over to LED lights.
Need to use the trailer for moving next weekend, so it's road ready now.
I will be adding another 1/2 inch to the sides before the 5/16ths skins go on.
Roof and front still need to have the insulation finished as well.

Once moved, the fun will begin.

Picked up a 41 gallon grey water tank 54" x 22" x 8" - fits between the rails. ( 109 shipped )
Have the furnace, AC water heater and rest of the tanks picked out. Just have to wait about 30 days to order.

Got some more insulation in, wiring and two windows!

Did some more planning as well so I know where most stuff will go.

Good little guide on window installation -

Just need to add a few screws, a dab more sealant and the door.
Will brace it up as well.

Welded in the roof bows / supports
The A/C should not fall through the roof now.

Added two roof bows to the support in front of the 14x14 hole and behind the 14x14 hole.

Picked up a small DC fridge

Draws 2.8 amps when running. I plan to make the fridge hole with enough future space to hold a 2/3 way 5 cuf fridge in the future.

Picked up a trailer hitch cargo thingy at harbor freight for 44 bucks today.
http://www.harborfreight.com/500-lb-cap ... 66983.html
I want to use the whole thing, but turning radius may be an issue... still need to measure, but so far half is all I needed.

Looks like "half" of it will fit nicely for my tongue setup with 2 GC2 6V batteries and a propane tank!

I will change teh A-Frame crank out to a side crank.
Haven't decided how to hold it down yet. need to leave room for the Weight Distribution stuff too...

Wiring is nearly done, starting cabinets tomorrow!
