I'm not an A/C expert but it looks like it will take the outside air from the front grill and chill it before blowing it into the cabin. Would have been better to pull air out of the cabin, cool it and then blow it back in. This setup wouldn't be very efficient. Eat up a lot of electricity too.

It can not work for long if at all. The compressors have to be relatively level or it will starve for oil.

The complete enclosure of the coils mean no coolth. Having only the cooling duct means you have cold wet air assuming b y some miracle it might cool assuming you pull it out of the box and level it.

The camper itself is very cool and looks like it may be worth the money. But I think that an AC system rework would be in order. Like others have shared, if it works at all it will not last long.

Is this why when I carry a refrigerator home in my truck and tip it on it's side, I am told to let it sit upright for 24 hours....for the oil to drain back?

Bob, yes it.
That oil is very important. we had a freezer fail because it was on our unheated back porch and a cold winter caused the oil to congeal. They make heater coils to keep the oil free flowing in refrigeration compressors.
