You also might consider putting a extension arm on swivel wheel on jack to give you leverage for turning and steering control similar to tiller on a small sail boat... Would work as same concept as dolly that fits in ball socket...
See how steering/tiller arm steers pallet jack, same concept...
If you are using jack/dolly wheel to move any great distance I would consider going to something more substantial like HF solution, becasue plastic wheels on jack are not that durable...

At most large Gatherings, there are usually a few of these on site, as a lot of people bring them with them in their TV.
But if you have a tight spot to store your trailer you should have one just for at home.
They are very cheap to buy!Usually cost more for the materials if you are thinking of building one.

I don't have one......but I have "Dixie" to park trailers in tight places.
