Funny you should mention that!
When, starting Kermit, I took all of the inside dimensions and sat down with my son (auto cad drafting wizz) plugged in the numbers for each appliance, drawer, cooler, fridge, wine rack, etc. that I wanted in the Galley....and did an actual blueprint that we could view from all angles. We then printed them so I would have a hard copy to sit in the trunk area with while welding.
And as for the Aircraft thing! YES, it would be cool! And I have taken that approach with this build.
To reduce weight, I have down sized the wall thickness and external dimensions of "ALL" of the structural steel I have incorporated into this build. Found that my first build (Miss Piggy) was way "over built". Although she is not too heavy; she could have been lighter.
Thus, I have trimmed the fat so to speak on Kermit's build.
