Things are moving along, and the ACM is working great.

Cut the basic wall out of 3/4 plywood

Roughed up the backside of the ACM with some 150 grit sandpaper to help the adhesive have something to grab onto

Loctite Premium PL adhesive

Laid the glued up wall down on the ACM, walked all over the backside to spread out the adhesive, and "clamped" with a bunch of cinder blocks
Let dry for 24 hours

After it dried, flipped the wall over onto the worktable to trim the edges. Moved it outside because cutting ACM can get messy.

Flush trim bit on the router

Router cuts extremely well thru the ACM. Thought I might need to pretrim closer to the final shape, but no need.

And there is the final wall mounted to the floor.
