One thing you besides using nylock nuts you can do to prevent hardware from vibrating loose
is to use a dab of fingernail polish (lacquer paint), as a thread locker or just buy a small tube
of Lock-tite Blue.
Have you thought about how much this is going to effect your weight & balance?
