Any chance for a close-up pic? They look like they're clad with aluminum but it's hard to tell for sure. Wow that is one incredible trailer you got there.

YOU'LL NOTICE THERE ARE NO CLOSE PHOTOS OF THE WINGS!
That's because I butchered them so badly that they only look good from a distance. But thanks for the compliment.
HOWEVER
I have since found a way to do them properly, using Andrews Plans, but improving on the bending methods and materials used.
I enjoy using commonly available materials, you will never Hear me give advise telling you that theres a place in West Guam that has something you can use but shipping will kill you.
Simple obtainable materials. If I can't buy it at Home Depot or any other local national supplier..I don't mention it.
Anyway I have a way, using a simply made jig that I can bend the aluminum channel, I got at Home Depot cleanly with.
Another thing I'm doing. I'm not sure I can seal these things so they don't get water damage. So I'm making them out of a material that is impervious to water, That new Plastic 5/4 deck material (Veranda) & aluminum.
I'll be posting an instruction site after the holidays. The bending process is easy. I'll keep you posted.
Thanks for the interest.
Happy Trails
