Here's a simple resolution that anyone can do and will certainly make each day special. Be totally aware of each thing you do. Whether it's washing your hands, taking out the garbage, listening to another (that is, really listening), driving, whatever, just be there for it instead of worrying about the next thing, and the next, and the next, ad infinitum. We only have this one moment, each moment. Don't worry about things that have happened, or will happen. This is not to say "be brain dead," but simply pay attention! In this speeded-up world of multi-tasking, we could do worse than to Do one thing at a time . . .
