Td frame weld up 5' x 10'

Hi All
I am new to this form, here are some pics of the TD frame I just completed welding up I ordered the axel today it should be here the 18th just in time to install over the Holidays. The TD body will be 5' X 10'
the axel is a Dexter #9 2500 lb high profile with 45 degrees down and 15" tires 5 on 4 1/2. I am trying to get the TD to be leval with my SSR pick up when it's being towed. after working with the lady at Dexter she said this would work the best with the hitch hight I have. Hope I have posted the pics correctly this form is differant from some I ve been on.

Nice frame! Is that PVC through the frame? I am guessing it is for wiring.

When you welded the pieces together, how did you keep the frame level/square. Did you weld it on the ground or on a workbench?

Yes the PVC is for wiring, as for the welding I built frame work off of a set of saw horses using 2"x 10" boards I had left over from a porch rebuild. As I was building the frame work I made sure it was completely level then when I cut out each piece I used clamps to secure it to the table before I welded it togeather. I picked up my axel Monday from Dexter Axel and I hope to get it welded in this weekend still haven't decided on the wheels and tires yet. I went with 5 on 4 1/2 hubs and I will either run 14" or 15' wheels. The people I talked to at Dexter were very helpful in getting the axel built the way I wanted it. the Hitch on my SSR is 18 1/2" off the ground and I told the Lady that I wanted the trailer to be as level as possible; she said that I would need a 45 degree down and run either 14 or 15" wheels and tires. As soon as I get it welded in and the wheels and tires on it I'll post more Pics.

That doesn't include wheels and tires does it? I found those to be one of the more expensive parts, even though I used pip-squeak 175/75-14s.

Your right that's with out the cost of the wheels and tires, but even if I put $500.00 in wheels and tires (which I don't think I will have to)I still only have $884.00 in it and the frame is built the way I want it rather than buying someone elses trailer and then having to modify it to fit the trailer I am building.

Legend, that's almost exactly what I was had in mind. Are the mounting tabs past where the triangle joins the frame for a storage box or will the camper overhang that portion? Also, does it overhang he rear also? How long does that front triangle end up being?
Alright enough with the questions, I'm just excited to see pictures of what I have been daydreaming about for months.
