Are scooters popular in Finland?... seems like the riding season might be short... but your daylight hours are long... what time does the sun set? about 11.00 p.m.?
Here, if I see one scooter a week that is about it.. they are a bit more popular now that gas prices are rising..

We go to bed in the dark... Is it difficult for Finnish citizens to go to bed (to sleep/g/) when there is still daylight? Do you use heavy curtains to make the room dark?
I think about this when I read about Alaska, where in mid-summer, the sun barely dips below the horizon and it never gets dark.... but then, I don't know how they stand the long winter nights where it hardly gets light.... I think in winter in Alaska, I could develop a significant alcohol drinking problem.. I need my sun.
So, I guess if I ever visit Finland, it should be in the late spring, or early fall....
Thank you for the information.
