I went over to our inspection officials for the yearly inspection...for our car. All good except...

It failed due to the fact that emissions were too high .. the gentleman stated it was fine at normal idle....
but after that it is too high..
I have the emissions report here so I can translate the numbers if anyone on the forum here is a specialist on emissions..

Can anyone tell me or lead me to what may be wrong? I know the emission control thing is very strict here. The inpsector said somthing to the order of that I need to have an adjustment done? Meaning what?
It does have a catalytic converter... so if its that .. that is going to be expensive here..
I have a month to have it worked out... and back to reinspection.
