Do you remember those Football Helmet golf carts in the 70's and 80's http://www.abbaroo.com/buggies/49ers.html well we rented two from a company in 1996 during the Super Bowl here in Phoenix and that company from Southern California doesn't exsist. We are trying to locate those missing carts but have had no luck so I'am looking to build a couple.

I get impatient, so after making the efforts that you have to locate one, I would build a form and make my own with West epoxy and light cloth. You might be able to get a boat yard to make one for you, be a bit pricey. You could also get one of those big beach balls and use it for a form. Get some type of mould material and make an impression of the ball. If you have access to a fiberglass chopper gun, you spray the mould you made and you have yourself exactly what you want. Yacht builders, car builders usually have these. Usually the Gelcoat is sprayed in the mould first, giving you a completed finish on the outside. :)
