I get impatient, so after making the efforts that you have to locate one, I would build a form and make my own with West epoxy and light cloth. You might be able to get a boat yard to make one for you, be a bit pricey. You could also get one of those
big beach balls and use it for a form. Get some type of mould material and make an impression of the ball. If you have access to a fiberglass chopper gun, you spray the mould you made and you have yourself exactly what you want. Yacht builders, car builders usually have these. Usually the Gelcoat is sprayed in the mould first, giving you a completed finish on the outside.
