Hey, Heikki!
On the original
KITs, the walls hung down past the floor about 2" to cover the frame rails (this is shown on the drawing I sent you ...

...!). Since the overall width of the body was 4' and the walls were 1/2" plywood, that would make the
plywood floor 47" wide. I'm pretty sure I did, but I think I sent you a sheet that showed a better way to do this ...

...?
Also, the original
KITs sat pretty low, maybe less than 12" ground clearance at the frame, so overall height was less than 5'. Rounding out the fender widths to 9" (remember, neither side were the same width, and neither were 9") will give you an overall width of about 66".
I can't say for certain about the Galley Lid framing without going to look, myself, but I do know it was open (not boxed). My preference would be to have your side ribs connected by four cross-beams and then boxed, but if you are going for the truely vintage
KIT repro look, then have a look at some pics of the open galleys of an original or restored original.
This is just
my opinion, but the original
KITs had some design flaws and shortfalls ... if I were to build a modern-day version but still stay true to the overall
KIT design, then I'd certainly try to address the flaws & shortfalls on the new build. Staying faithful to the
KIT lore doesn't necessarilly mean you need to reprise their mistakes ...
Good Luck, my Friend, and as always ...
