Have you got any more pictures of it? How put together (how far built) is it?

Look at my pictures and you can see what is included. The size of the trailer is interior is approx 60"width and the length is 10' long over the elipse. If you have further questions on the size I can try to clear that up more. This is not build on a Harbor Freight or Tractor Supply frame. It was custom constructed 2 x 2 x 8 inch tube with a flexride torsion spring axle. The wheels are upper end aluminum and new radial tires. The bottom has been framed and all joints are of biscuit joint construction with 3/4 foam insulation. Both sides are double coated in epoxy. The side walls are are of the same biscuit construction ready for installation and the interior paneling. The sides are clamped on and ready for your full customization. The tear needs roof installation and any cabnetry you are interested in .I have have the counter top for the kitchen area.I was planning on making mine like http://westhoffdesign.com/michael/teardrop.htm
so in all it needs roof/galley/wiring/hatch i have a few pieces or baltic birch that is for the interior wall and the interior sides

There is a good local source for additional baltic birch. If you are interested in the trailer we could make arrangements to get any additional baltic birch for you.

Please respond with any more questions or offers.

In other words by looking at your pictures. You've got the frame built and the floor installed. And both sides and doors cut with one side just clamped to the floor so it looks like there's little left to do. Just add cabinets. In all actuality there is a lot left to do for $1800. Oh, and all the accessories as shown in your album are included, right?

IMHO I think the price is very fair. With what you get and the time spent you would spend the same thing starting from scratch and getting the to the same point. The work and the accesories look to be of high quality.
And the profile is very nice.
This would be a very good start for somebody.
Custom trailer with flexride axle,POR 15 and setup for electric brakes.
Aluminum wheels and tires.
Stereo
Counter top
All lights.
All the wire.
Floor built and insulated
Sides built and epoxied.
Sabilizer jacks
Windows

Yes Gage
The sides are framed and done but it needs the roof. I get the feeling that you feel that is a little steep. I haven't even gotten an offers from you. You are just window shopping, I guess . A flexride axle alone is about $375, add wheels, tires and dont forget hitch, etc.... I'm not making much, if any. for my time on this. Materials alone would cost 1800. Accessories are included.

Don that is a very nice profile and extras that you have with it. I took a closer look in your gallery as well.. Saw nice close up of the tires and wheels.

Id say for sure that is a fair price.. it all adds up as Sonetpro says also.

Sad to see your parting with it after such a great start.

Don, between you and me. If you were closer to California, I'd be jumping all over it. As you might know I'm getting ready to build one for my sister and beings how I've got over $5000 in my own build, I know what it takes to build a quality 5x10 teardrop. And NO, I am not shooting yours down, just trying to get a good picture as to what all is actually left to be done and what the total expense would be for me to come get it. I agree with Kerry in the fact that it is a good deal for someone who lives closer. Good luck with your sale.

And Mike, mind your own damn business.
