The most amazing thing I find is that I can waltz into Microcenter (Best Buy) etc, and get the 7" version for $349.
The second most amazing thing is it's size. It's a fraction of the size of my normal laptop. I took a picture of my normal laptop and the EEE PC so you can see what I mean...
Yes MrBuzz, I bought a newer one, with a 9" screen. I bought the Linux version cause it has the 20G SSD. But it looks like Chell has laid claim to it, so I am going to get the 9" black one when it comes out, with the Atom processor.
Dean, I've heard you can download a bootleg copy of Mac OS that will run on a Wintel. I wonder if you could get that to run on an EEE PC? You'd save $1500.
