Anyway, this is based on a basic 4'x8' teardrop design. 2' of the driver side wall fold down to provide a 6' wide sleeping area. The fold down has canvas attached (just like a tent trailer). When closed it appears to be a normal teardrop except for a couplle of simple latches on the driver side which hold the wall up.

You could make this fold-down wall higher if you prefer more headroom while sleeping. This way you get a full 2' and if you do happen to sit up quickly, you only hit canvas instead of a hard roof.
