BPS had zip-front microfleece jackets for $10 (mens, womens and kids). That was gifts for my mom, a brother, a brother-in-law, 4 nephews from 6-25 and my 9 y.o. niece (and one for me!). Then I picked up four assorted button-up turtlenecks for $12 each (sister and sister-in-law, and two for me.)
On the way out, I picked up some quail scent and a new whistle (again for me...M. is learning to work birds) but I didn't get the 2 qt 8-in Lodge dutch oven. There were none on the shelf and I didn't feel like waiting for them to check in the back (it wasn't on sale anyway.) Still...a little bit of embroidery thread to put everyone's initials on their fleeces or t-necks, and that's 10 gifts done.
Nothing special at Big Lots or TSC, but at Staples, I did score two 4GB SD cards for $10 each (one for my boss, one for another nephew who's a digital photo nut) and a 250GB portable hard drive for $59 (me again...gift-giving begins at home!)
I just checked through my list, and aside from making some ornaments and cookies, and wrapping everything, I'm *done*...no gift more than $12 (my budget is usually $15/gift or less. I need to pick up some Dunkin Donuts gift cards, burn some holiday music CDs and make some fudge for 'emergency' gifts--but this could be the first year in many that I've actually purchased just about every holiday gift before the beginning of December.
That means my holiday bonus check (which doesn't come for another two weeks) is mine, all mine!

Where did you spend your Black Friday?
