I have lower my security settings and check to see if the site worked and we still got nothing, as far as sites I don’t get, well most sites do come up, so far not every site fails, in fact more work than don’t. It seems as it is always questionable. My wife just tried going to block buster website and again she was not able too, most of the time the error page is the same.
Most of the time we get this page, and I have done everything that it has suggested.

• If you are trying to reach a secure site, make sure your Security settings can support it. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section and check settings for SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, PCT 1.0.
• Click the Back button to try another link.
