Dean, for what's it worth from a newb-eye, that's a very nice-looking bit of event art you've done there... very nice indeed. I hope to be there for that one with my teardrop, if not before, just to see if it will stay together for the trip. Hee.
Ken F, your 'glyphs are wonderful. Take just the first one, "Teardrop Under the Stars", for example... and make it in the style of a merit badge or something... the lot of them can be given, one by one, as the no0bs complete each chapter of their first few teardrop gatherings. I for one would love to adorn the galley hatch of my tear with them.
I have just spent some time looking at your link to your pictures. I have a 19" widescreen monitor, and each image filled it completely; it was like a movie of still images. It was almost like being there, except for feeling the nip in the air, the scent of the campfire, it's heat as well as the heat of the sun when it shone.
Looks like a really neat place to camp! I can't wait to get there. Thanks again, everyone, for all of the pictures! :-)~
