I have finished my Woody Tear and the wife and I made our first trip out mid July. Had a great time in Gloucester , Ma. We used a quick canopy over the whole setup, worked out well when it poured an inch or two on the third night. I think it is fairly water proof, but am nervous to try it out in a down pour. I haven't had the time, (alright, or the ability) to shrink my 1200 x 900 pictures, so I downloaded some to my verizon web page, sorry for the extra work if you make the trip to look. I am unhappy with the fenders, but working only 2 days a week, cost is an issue. I may build wood, or look for used metal. Unless someone has an inexpensive tip.
I look forward to camping with the New England TearJerkers soon. I haven't come up with a name yet, but I was thinking about attaching a "Special DeLuxe" plate from my old 1948 Plymouth, I never reattached them when I sold it. Thought it might give it a nostalgic look.
