The trailer axle hub was too big for the hole in the rim so we removed the tire, put it on my milling machine, indicated it in to .001, and bored it out so that the rim would slip over the hub. Worked fine. But, as the trailer axle hub was deeper than the Toyota hub we couldn't fit the hubcap on.
Any machine shop could do this for you I'd expect it would take a couple of hours max and shop rates run maybe $100/hour.
