Fifteen on the Eiptical today, and my body weight exercises. I'm in my third week now, at the end of which Iwill test on my strength work. hope I get less embarassing numbers than my initial test
Also need to do a mile run/ walk for time (didn't do an initial) so I have some sort of marker for cardio improvement over time.
Hotrod forgot to say sorry about the crash, hope you're feeling better. As far as tenage girls, I remember one time I was cruising around in my old beater and a couple of those hollered "Dude you got a hoopty!"
Revenge was sweet as I hollered back "Dudette you got feet!" (they were walking, which makes it even dumber to make fun of my classic 1972 Toyota Celica that would give a 5.0 'Stang a run. But it was a car with cosmetic issues) Not being all that mature, I also left them in a cloud of tire smoke
